Homework "The clinging woman"

In my opinion this man should have been arrested, because he left his wife for certain death. Even when she was blackmailing him, he supposed to take care of her, especially when he knew that Linda had a mental problems. When this man saw what his wife is acting weird he should take her to the psyhiatric hospital because she was dangerous not only to herself but also to other people. He knew that Linda will be attracting attention by trying to comit suicide and he didn't do anything with it.he just went away when she needed his help. So yes, I thing that he should have been arrested for what he did.
